Creator Terms

Last updated 9 September 2026

These terms apply if you publish films or series on BAGLE FLIX. They set out what you keep, what we take, when you get paid and who owns what. They are deliberately specific — a creator deserves to know the numbers before uploading a year of work.

1. The agreement

This is an agreement between you, the creator, and SV SOCIAL MEDIA LTD, registered in Cyprus under number HE 472394, at Ellados 50B, Ypsonas, 4183, Limassol, Cyprus. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. Where the two disagree about publishing, this page wins.

You publish as an independent business, not as our employee, partner or agent. Nothing here makes us co-authors of your work.

2. What it costs to publish

Publishing requires a creator plan, billed monthly and cancellable at any time:

Films only — $20 per month
Series only — $25 per month
Films and series — $35 per month

Your first three months are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Cancel later and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

If your plan lapses, your published titles stop being offered for sale but are not deleted. Restart the plan and they return. We will tell you before anything is removed permanently.

3. Your prices, and the split

You set your own prices for renting and for buying, per title, within the limits the platform allows. We do not set them, cap them at a level that suits us, or discount your work without asking you.

On every rental and every sale, you keep 80% and we keep 20%. That 20% covers hosting, streaming, the storefront, payment processing and support. There is no separate fee taken out of your share.

The split is calculated on what the viewer actually paid, and it is frozen at the moment of sale. If we ever change the percentage, it applies only to sales made after we have told you, and never retroactively.

Payment processing fees charged by Stripe come out of our 20%, not out of your 80%.

4. Getting paid

Earnings accumulate in your dashboard, itemised per title, as they happen. We pay out monthly, for the previous month, once your balance reaches $50. Below that it rolls over. Ask us and we will pay a smaller balance out anyway.

While we onboard our first creators, payouts are arranged with you directly — by bank transfer, on the same monthly schedule, against the figures in your dashboard. Automated payouts are being built; nothing about the amounts you are owed depends on that, and your statement is the record either way.

If a viewer’s payment is reversed — a chargeback or a refund we owe them under consumer law — the corresponding share is deducted from your next statement. We will show you which sale it was.

5. Tax

You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn here. We do not withhold income tax and we cannot advise you on your position.

As an EU platform we are required to report the income of the creators we pay to the Cyprus tax authority under the DAC7 rules, which then share it with your own country. To do that we need your name, address, country of residence and tax identification number. Give us accurate details — we cannot pay out without them, and inaccurate ones create a problem for you, not for us.

6. What you promise us about your work

By publishing a title, you confirm that:

you made it, or you hold every right needed to publish and sell it here; nothing in it infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, or image rights; you have the rights to the music and any voices used; it contains nothing illegal, and no sexual content involving minors, no content that incites violence or hatred, and nothing that impersonates a real person in a way that would deceive or harm them.

BAGLE FLIX exists for AI-generated work. Publish conventionally filmed material as if it were AI-generated and we will remove it.

Generating something does not make it yours to sell. A model will produce whatever you ask it for, including things you have no right to publish. It does not check, and the fact that it came out of a model is not a defence. In particular, do not upload work containing:

the face, likeness or voice of a real person — an actor, a musician, a public figure, anyone — unless you hold their written permission; characters, worlds, titles or plots taken from films, series, games or books you did not create; logos, brands or trade dress belonging to a real company, including the branding of other streaming services.

A resemblance close enough that a viewer would recognise who or what it is, is close enough to be a problem. If you are unsure whether something crosses that line, that is not a question we can answer for you — take advice, or make something else.

Plainly, then: you choose what to generate and you choose what to publish, so both are yours. We host and sell what you upload; we did not make it and we cannot see what went into it. If a rightsholder objects to a title, it is your work they are objecting to.

If a claim is brought against us because of something you published in breach of this section, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it. We will also take the title down — see section 9. That is not us abandoning you; it is the only thing we are in a position to do.

7. What you keep, and what you give us

You keep ownership of your work. Full stop. We take no share of your copyright and no rights outside this platform.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, encode, stream and display your title to viewers who are entitled to it, and to use its title, poster, trailer and synopsis to promote it on the platform and on our own social channels. That licence exists so that the service can technically function and so that your work can be found. It ends when the title is withdrawn, except for copies inside routine backups, which age out.

It is non-exclusive: publish the same film anywhere else you like, at the same time. We do not ask for exclusivity and we do not require you to give us your best window.

8. Withdrawing a title

You can withdraw a title at any time, and it stops being offered for sale immediately. Viewers who already bought it keep access for 30 days afterwards, so that we are not taking away something they paid for without warning; viewers in the middle of a rental keep it until their rental expires. After that it is gone from the catalogue.

9. When we can remove something

We can remove a title or suspend an account where we reasonably believe it breaches section 6, where we receive a credible rights complaint, where a payment method is being used fraudulently, or where the law requires it.

Except where the law forces us to act immediately, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to answer before removing anything. If we get it wrong, we put it back. Earnings you had already made are still owed to you.

10. Ending it

Cancel your plan whenever you want, from your account. Withdraw your titles whenever you want. We will pay you everything you have earned up to that point on the next payout run, with no minimum threshold applied to a final balance.

We may end this agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach of section 6. Either way, you keep what you earned.

11. Our responsibility to you

We will run the platform with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee a level of sales, a level of traffic, or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for lost profits or lost opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the previous twelve months and the earnings we owe you but have not yet paid. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Changes

We may change these terms as the platform grows. For anything that affects your money — the split, the plan price, the payout schedule — we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and the change will only apply going forward. If you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect and you keep everything you have earned.

13. Law

This agreement is governed by the law of Cyprus and its courts have jurisdiction. Talk to us first — write to support@bagleflix.com and you will reach a person, not a queue.
