Terms of Service

BAGLE FLIX is operated by SV SOCIAL MEDIA LTD, a private limited company registered in Cyprus under number HE 472394, with its registered office at Ellados 50B, Ypsonas, 4183, Limassol, Cyprus. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “BAGLE FLIX” mean that company. “You” means the person using the service.

BAGLE FLIX is a streaming platform whose catalogue consists entirely of films and series generated with artificial intelligence. Titles are published by their creators, who set their own prices. We host the catalogue, run the payments and deliver the video; we are not the author of the titles other creators publish.

Creating an account is free. There is no viewing subscription. You pay only for the individual titles you choose to rent or buy, and some titles are free to watch.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to make a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private, and for anything done through your account.

Give us an email address you actually control. It is how we confirm purchases, send sign-in links and reach you if something goes wrong.

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. Closing it does not automatically refund purchases you have already made.

Renting gives you the right to stream one title for the rental period shown on its page, counted from the moment of purchase. When the period ends, access ends.

Buying gives you the right to stream that title for as long as you keep your account and we continue to operate the service and hold the rights to it. It is a licence to watch, not a transfer of ownership, and not a downloadable file. If a creator withdraws a title, we will tell you and refund a recent purchase — see section 7.

Prices are set by each creator and shown on the title page before you pay, inclusive of any tax where required. Prices can change, but never for something you have already bought.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Depending on your device you may be able to pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access to what it paid for.

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made online. Digital content is an exception: that right ends once delivery has begun with your agreement.

When you rent or buy a title, you are asking us to make it available to you straight away. By completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once you begin watching. If you have not started watching, your 14-day right still stands and we will refund you in full.

Beyond the withdrawal right above, we will refund you if a title does not play because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it, if you were charged twice for the same thing, or if a title you bought is removed from the catalogue within a reasonable time of your purchase.

We will not usually refund a title you have watched simply because you did not enjoy it. Every title has a free trailer for exactly that reason.

To ask for a refund, email support@bagleflix.com with the title and the date. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

You may watch what you have paid for, on your own devices, for your own private use. You may not record, download, copy, redistribute or publicly show the titles; share your account so that others watch on it; or attempt to bypass the paywall, the access checks or the protections on our video delivery.

You may not attack the service, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, scrape it, or use it to break the law.

Every title on BAGLE FLIX is generated with AI. Creators keep ownership of their work and are responsible for it; they grant us the right to host, stream and promote it.

If you believe a title infringes your rights or breaks the law, email support@bagleflix.com with the title, what the problem is, and how we can reach you. We remove content that we conclude does not belong here.

We work to keep BAGLE FLIX running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Maintenance, outages at our suppliers, and problems outside our control all happen. Where an outage stops you watching something you paid for, tell us and we will put it right.

You can stop using BAGLE FLIX whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used for fraud, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund purchases you can no longer watch.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country, and nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this agreement, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or damage caused by the content of titles published by creators.

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use BAGLE FLIX after that means you accept the new version. The date at the top always shows the current one.

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country and may also bring proceedings there.
